Lazar holds a Master’s degree in Public International Law from the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade. His expertise lies in the field of banking and finance where he advises international and domestic banks on finance projects and domestic and foreign companies from various sectors on corporate and commercial law issues. His work involves advising banks, investors and corporate clients on a wide range of banking transactions. Lazar works on financing projects and provides legal advice on various banking law related matters. In his daily advisory practice, Lazar focuses on corporate and contractual law. In addition, he is involved in the preparation of due diligence reports and is experienced in working with transactions which include various jurisdictions through different business sectors.
